Medicare for all, the single-payer plan, is the only viable option that should be on the table, not the sponsored and heavily lobbied by the insurance companies. The most effective way to accomplish that, in my opinion, is to have young and healthy insured boycott their health insurance and give up their plans. Yes, these young and healthy will be taking a risk, but it's a risk worth taking, if the produced outcome will be Medicare for ALL, including for those risk-takers on the front line. We cannot wait for the promised change to come to Washington from Washington insiders.
